Rogers Jewelers takes extreme care in providing high quality finished jewelry. All diamonds and jewelry sold are exactly as described. All pictures are of actual merchandise and have not been enhanced in any way. We do not accept returns due to buyer regret.

Rogers jewelers will not accept returns of large diamonds through the mail. Large diamonds need to be hand delivered to us by the purchaser with proof of purchase. These items need to be inspected by us for authenticity and verification. We reserve the right not to accept such items.

We make no warranty as to product service life or as to durability. As true with all jewelry bought and sold everywhere it should be treated and worn with care.

We will service all jewelry we sell. We only cover damage that is a result of manufacturing defect, which will be determined by us at our repair facility by physical inspection. It is the consumers responsibility to ship or deliver the jewelry to our repair facility. It is at our discretion to repair or replace the damaged jewelry. Damage resulting from abuse, use or misuse is not covered by us. Jewelry that has been altered in anyway is not covered by us. Altered jewelry may include and is not limited to jewelry that has been sized or physically changed in anyway.

There is a five (5) dollar handling fee plus return shipping charges for all jewelry sent to us for inspection. If the damage is a result of abuse, use or misuse then additional charges will apply as well. It is the consumers responsibility to pay for these charges. All fees and charges must be paid in full prior to us shipping the jewelry back to the consumer.

Rogers Jewelers reserves the right to refuse returns that are not pertaining to manufacturing defect. Rogers jewelers reserves the right to change these policies at anytime without prior warning. All changes will be posted prior to them taking affect. All changes will be noted on this page as well as anywhere we deem necessary.
